What Causes Extreme Pain In Stomach And Associated Cough?
hello , my boyfriend has been experiencing extreme pain in his stomach area. it occurs once, sometimes twice a day. it has become so bad that he is close to tears. when he experiences the pain, he begins to cough, and his face gets really red. can you help me diagnose his problem ? he is 17 years old , about 160 pounds.

dear coughing itself causes abdominal and intercostal muscle pain. but your history not clear that first cough came or stomach pain.if it is due to cough first he may need treatment for cough.if stomach pain may came first means need to evaluated by ultrasound and examination.so please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.if pain is severe means he can use simple pain killers.
