Gluten is safer to consume in most of the people. In people with conditions like
Celiac disease, where
gluten sensitivity is high, food containing glutens should be avoided. Gluten is highly seen in wheat, barley, rye. So be careful when you are selecting the food items and avoid it for sure.
For meal plan you can prefer starch, potatoes, grains like
corn, rice, quinoa, sorghum, millets. And for dairy-free diet, avoid all sources of dairy including cheese, creamyogurt, milk etc.
As Snacks,
gluten free diets like
1. Nuts or rice cakes
2. Roasted chickpeas
3. Dairy-free yogurt
4. Cucumber and banana slices
5. Popcorn and chips
6.Smoothies
7. Gluten-Free Soy Milk
