What Causes Extreme Fatigue, diarrhea And Nausea?

Hi there,

I have been extrememly tired for the past month. It doesn't seem to matter how much, or how little sleep i get, i'm still exhausted. This last week, i have also been quite sick. saturday i was vomitting all day, i've had diareaha as well. I was nauseous all week as well, and now threw up again this morning. I also havent had my period in almost 2 months. I have had 2 pregnancy tests (at home and by a doctor) and they both came back negative. I didn't discuss these symptoms with my doctor becuase i was late for another appointment. What could be wrong with me?
