What Causes Extreme Bloating And Tiredness During Pregnancy?

ive had 3 normal pregancies and im 31 now but with the first three i wasnt bloated till 10 weeks or more! but im 5wks and 5days and am really bloated, always ill and extremely tired! im sceared i may be haivg twins plz can u give me info to weather i may or may not plz

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion along with bloating there might also be excessive vomitings in twin pregnancy.Anyway confirmation is done by ultrasound.Also I suggest you to rule out anaemia by getting done HB as you have extreme tiredness.Dont worry.Take healthy nutritional food.And take rest.Avoid physical strain.
