What Causes Extreme Anxiety Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

I have been experiencing extreme anxiety, unable to eat or sleep, nausea, dizziness and at times like today I was feeling really weak and sick and started havn g a dark perimeter around my vision followed by what looked like tiny black hairs floating in front of my eyes...I am trying to get in to see my physician but not until feb 29th

Regarding your symptoms of dizziness anxiety malaise nausea dark vision I am suggesting the following differential diagnosis
Encephalopathy
Meningitis
Typhoid encephalopathy
Post stress disorder
Neurosyphilis
Hypertensive encephalopathy
Brain sterm lesion
Metabolic disorder

In view of this please check your blood pressure do the following test
CT SCAN
LUMBER PUNCTURE TEST
BLOOD CULTURE
SERUM ELECTROLYTES
Meanwhile please see a neuropsychiatric specialist with the result and for further expect clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription
