Your complains seems to be due to lumbosacral disc prolapse causing nerve root compression. Definite diagnosis can only be made after examination. But if you don't have any limb weakness, bladder complains Or sensory loss then bed rest for 2-3 days and pain killers with muscle relaxant may help. Try not to stoop forward or lift heavy objects.
You may require xray or Mri of lumbosacral spine if symptoms persists. May you get well soon.
