I have been experiencing ongoing weight gain and even with exercise and controlling what I eat I can t lose the weight. I also have alot of hair loss in the last 6 or 9 months. I mean like a lot. I know you are supposed to lose hair every day but I have to unclog the drain every time I take a shower. At times my vision is off and also my speech can be weird. I have always had short fingernails and at times pick at them badly. I have cuticles that will pit and get holes in them and then I pick! But I have been trying to let them grow and they aren t and they have ridges on them. I know this is alot... ps.. I am a 48 yr old female. 5 3. complete hysterectomy and on bioidentical hormones
