I ve been on birth control 4+ years so I rarely get my period and if I do its 3x max a year. This past 2 months Ive notice i have everyday cervical mucus, that sometimes would go away for a day or 2. 2 weeks ago I had bloody cervical mucus that I thought was my period because it lasted 3 days (regular flow). Didn t have any cervical mucus for a couple days, then all day I d have brown cervical mucus. Between those 2 weeks I was still producing cervical mucus. I am now having bloody cervical mucus again, that made me realize the first time was not a period just like now. EXTRA INFO -I haven t had a real period since march. -Before I got on BC my periods were very heavy and lasted 6 days or a little longer and never was every month -I haven t been pregnant -I initially was put on BC due to my period -Im 17 -I ve never noticed having cervical mucus
