What Causes Excessive Thirst And Hunger Along With Abdominal Bloating?
I have been extremely thirsty, usually at the end of the day. I drink a lot of water each day, but it doesn t seem to help. I feel hungry a lot, I have been gaining weight and I seem to be bloated and having stomach pain/discomfort. Frequent ibs. Could I be pre-diabetic? Or having thyroid issues?

It may be due to severe gastritis or dyspeptic symptoms.
