Hello,

Blood in urine with pain abdomen may be due to urinary tract infection. It may cause chills and rigors. Drink plenty of water, avoid spicy food and alcohol. Use syrup citralka 2 tablespoons twice a day for five days.

Please get urine examination done and consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
