What Causes Excessive Sweating And Backache?

I have had several episodes probably at least 60. They always happen at night or early am. Usually I wake up in a severe sweat. My back starts throbbing in pain. The pain travels to my stomach then my head feels like it s going to explode. Finally it goes to my chest. A few of the episodes caused loss of movement in my left arm from my elbow to my hand. My left hand is deformed Can you tell me what is going on. I have had 1 major heart attack and 3 minor heart attacks. I am also insulin dependent hard core diabetic and have high cholesterol.
