General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Excess bloating and regurgitation in breastfed infants are usually seen when the baby's burping is inadequate.

Please give small frequent feeds to him and do 20 minutes burping after every feed by taking him on the shoulders.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
