What Causes Excessive Sleepiness And Unsteady Gait?

I have a resident that takes Carbidopa-Levodopa q 4hrs. She is very (buggy eyed and sleeps all the time. No one else seems to think anything of this. Her gait is very unsteady. Per her daughter and her they demanded this med to be given q 4hrs. Im looking for other interactions with all her meds like baclofen. Not sure but think she needs to be assessed. I m a nurse by thye way.
