What Causes Excessive Sleepiness And Nausea?

I am feeling sleepy all day. I have lost my appetite and experiencing nausea. I am a borderline diabetic, obese, and not very active. I also have restless syndrome. I take Buproprion, metformin, hydrochlorithide mirapax. I can t figure out why I am sick and tired

That Can Cause Sleepiness. Not getting enough sleep -- sometimes by choice -- is the most common cause of excessive sleepiness. Working at night and sleeping during the day is another. Other causes include drug, alcohol, or cigarette use, lack of physical activity, obesity, and the use of certain medications.
