What Causes Excessive Sleepiness And Constant Yawning?

I am having excessive sleepiness and constant yawning. I sleep over 9 hours each night and awake only for urinating 2-3 times. I get up about the same time each morning but feel sleepy most of the day. I am having allergies and take one allergy pill before going to bed.

there may be few posibilities for your sleepiness. if you are taking piriton or other sedative antihistamine drug at night for your allergic problem it can cause sleepiness. in that type of situations you can use a non sedative antihistamine loratadine or fexafenadin. as you are awaking 2-3 times to urinate can also affect for your sleepiness. other thing better to exclude hypothyroidisn and diabetics.
