What Causes Excessive Salivation While Having Concha Bullosa?

Hi From the last 6 months I have suddenly started to notice excess salivation and embarrassing spitting when I talk- it affects my professional life as I have a lot of clients face to face. I also have concha bullosa of nose and cannot breathe through my nose at all- both nostrils are blocked enlarged turbinates on a recent xray and voice is always nasal- could this be why?

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the excess salivation is concerned, it can be because of any infection in the oral cavity(teeth or gum infection). The other possible cause can be a defect in swallowing threshold. Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take anti sialogogues like atropine(if you are not allergic).
I hope i have answered your query. Take care
