What Causes Excessive Saliva In Mouth?
I have recently have had excessive saliva in my mouth. A couple days Before this I got ill twice. i figured it was because of not eating for three days but when i tried to eat i would just get sick. now i can eat a little but everything taste like cardboard and i still can t eat that much.

Excessive salivation and loss of taste for food is common while you are recovering from an infictious condition, you should not worry about this.continue the treatment as told by your doctor. Your taste and appetite will resume spontanously with in few days

It is important to know if the saliva is accompanied by nausea or not. Other symptoms like abdominal pain might be required to be checked. Eating dry foods and avoiding certain odors for a start could help.
