What Causes Excessive Mucus Production?
Experience mucos buildup doing the night since July of last year. Tiredness that I believe comes from lack of sleep. I have been taking several allergy medications perscripted by my doctor with no results. Can this problem be cause by something other than allergies?

Excessive mucus build up can be caused by allergy,acid reflux, infection,etc.
It would be advisable to have a chest X-ray and a sputum test for culture and sensitivity examination.
Also you can start Mucolytic like Ambroxol
