What Causes Excessive Hair Loss While On Losartan And Amlodipine?
I am an 80 year old female. I began taking Losartin & Amlodopine about a year or so ago. For the last 5 or 6 months I have noticed a lot of hair on my brush.... It has gotten much worse in the last 2 months. Could the Meds. be the culprit. ? I have always had healthy hair, now it is not as strong / the hairs still have that little thickening at the base so I know it isn t breaking off..... HELP

losartan and amlodipine do not cause any hair loss.
probably the cause of hair loss may be some other thing
check your hemoglobin ., take multivitamins and minerals .
take more fresh vegetables
