General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

With such presentations in my clinic, I would first rule out any pathology related to thyroid. So, I suggest you to get the full thyroid profile. Meanwhile, stay hydrated by taking ample amount of liquids in daytime.

For eyes, you can use artificial tears in daytime as well as before going to the bed. Also, use any analgesic like Crocin or Combiflam for headaches.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Maninder,
General & Family Physician
