What Causes Excessive Burping In A Kid?

Hi my 1 year old daughter has been up since 1am this morning just screaming and she s been like this all day jut calms down every now and then for about 10 mins then starts again now she s started to burp a lot and it smells of rotten eggs can u please help me and let me no what it could be thankyou x

Hello,

Burping is related directly with the food she has taken. You should avoid to her the high consumption of milk better yogurt which helps the normal intestinal microorganisms to grow. You can give her painkillers but I suggest you to talk with her pediatrician just for safety. She will gets well soon.
