What Causes Excess Wheezing While Taking Singulair And Advair?

I have been taking singulair for a month and I could swear my wheezing is getting worse. I have asthma but my wheezing wasn t daily. It was if I ran or excersised. now its all the time. At the same time I switched to Advair. This combination seems to have made my wheezing worse.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have excess wheezing while taking Singulair and Advair. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to Singulair and Advair as their side effects , because both are known to cause breathing difficulties as their side effects . I would suggest you to consult doctor who prescribe these medicines . Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe substitute . For now stay calm and take steam several times a day .
