What Causes Excess Thirst, dizziness And Nausea?

I drink tons of water and gatorade everyday (at least 130 oz) and find myself constantly thirsty, dizzy, nauseous, and gettings tons of floaters, abdominal pains, and after eating needing to use the restroom almost right away. My blood pressure is about 103/60, i m 5 5, 130lbs, female. Lately when I run, after 1/2 mile my vision starts to get blurry (had vision checked, it s okay, and tested for diabetes). sometimes my hands become numb/tingly randomly during the day (usually when I get more floaters). Any ideas of how to help with diet, or what it could be?
