What Causes Excess Bowel Movement Immediately After A Meal?

Hi Doc! I d like to know why everytime i finish a meal, after twenty mins. or so I always have the urge to go to the bathroom? My stomach churns and when I move, it is more of a diarrhea type that comes out. Sometimes, it s followed by a another one and sometimes, that is all. WHat are tye symptoms of Colon cancer or stomach Ca? Thank you for your time.

Hello...
You did not mention your age and duration of symptoms. Actually these two things are important to categorized and come to the diagnosis.
If age is less than 60 with these symptoms are of short durations like weeks then it may be protozoal infective patholoy most likely to be Giardiasis.
If age is more than 60 with long duration symptoms more than months then it may be malignant pathology.
So in case of suspected Giardiasis,you can directly take medicine without any confirmation of diagnosis.You can take Tab Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day with Probiotics thrice a day for 10-14 days along with Tab Albendazole 400 mg stat at night.
If it is suspected malignant pathology then can proceed for Colonoscopy first and so on.
