Brief answer: consult neurologist
Detail answer:
Hi dear,
there may be possible that during injury you may get injured one of your nerves and there after your erection problem started.
what kind of injury and what about your health after injury?
is there nausea, vomiting, unconscious, bleeding from any side, difficulty in walking?
you must once do MRI screening ?
Consult neurologist and urologist once.
Thank you
