What Causes Episodes Of Dizzy Spells And Exhaustion?

Hi there. I have a condition where I will feel dizzy in the head and then it feels like my legs is very tiered lam. I will then feel that my head and body is drained off all energy and I will then faint. This is a condition that I have for more than 23 years. Did all the tests in hospital , eeg,brain scan , heart scan , and they could not found anything wrong. I have a theory that I mite have anxiety attacks. Could that be it? I m 47 years old female. After I fainted I sleep for 2 solid days. All energy is drained from my body. Sometimes it feels that my arms I can feel how the blood is pumping thru my arms. Funny feeling.

Your Symptoms can occur in Anxiety. Since your EEG, Brain Scan, heart Scan are all normal, this is most likely due to anxiety. I would suggest you consult a Neurologist / Psychiatrist and take relevant and complete treatment at the earliest
