What Causes Episodes Of Blurry Vision, Dizziness And Lightheadedness?

to whom it may concern; Hi, my name is Mia. I am 40 years old, active and health conscious. H 5 4 , W 125 pound. I am a 5th grade teacher. I do not wear glasses or contacts. I have in the past month or so experienced sudden blurred vision, dizziness and felt light headed. Through out my life I have suffered from headaches and migraines - I would say between 1-3 a month - with migraines lasting up to 3 days at times. I love to be active, but I do find that sometimes after a workout, I am light headed and extremely tired, sometimes for a couple of days. I have mentioned it to my doctors, but they have never really said much. The recent blurred vision episodes have me a little worried. Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Mia

Hi there...Mia take heart... you are alright...be active ... thats the spirit of life....Now a couple of questions, is your frequent migraines accompanied by blurring of vision or nausea or intolerance to light???? Do you incapacitated during the migraines? Get your Blood pressure checked, also a complete blood profile, thyroid profile and fasting blood sugar....Get your eyes tested by the opthalmologist. If everything looks fine then you ARE fine. Are your periods regular and do you have any other underlying condition. Get a basic ECG done.Your answer to what might be causing these symptoms will be answered by these tests. With these show yourself to a physician.take care
