70 yo white male, +12 months post MI presenting with sudden onset epigastric pain just to the left of midline . Vomiting +24 hour onset. No hx of GERD. Complains of lethargy , cold hands and feet, shakiness and has developed a cough and hiccups +24 hours. Should he be evaluated for possible cardiac origin?
