What Causes Epigastric Pain After Having Food?

My 13yo daughter has had symptoms of epigastric stabbing pain after eating at times. For example she ate pizza and bday cake and had a stabbing pain in the middle of her upper abd. A previous similar episode was relieved by omprezale. I think she might have GERD and she thinks she s lactose intolerant.

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
