General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Recurrent throat infection with irregular heartbeats in ECG on regular intervals with an arrhythmia may indicate underlying immune deficiency states where there can be deficient levels of B with or without T cells and altered immunoglobulin levels.

She must be consulted with an expert immunologist for further in-depth work up and cure her from this agony.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
