Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of white spots my probable diagnosis is pityriasis alba or vitiligo.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Avoid trauma or irritation on any skin as it may cause new lesions to appear
3. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like flutivate once and topical tacrolimus 0.03 %ointment once daily on spots.
If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
