What Causes Enlargement In Right Ventricle While Having Hypertropic Cardiomyopathy?

I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. I had a septal myectomy 2 years ago. My left ventricle was enlarged prior to surgery and is now normal size. Now my right ventricle shows slight enlargement and it was normal beforehand. Is this a sign that the HTC is now effecting the right side?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the right ventricle hypertrophy suspected then pulmonary hypertension need to be ruled out, better to get done the ECHO study, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
