What Causes Enlarged Spleen With Dizzy Spells?
My husband has a enlarged spleen low red cells high white cells he did have high potassium level but that came down a bit on his last blood test he is now getting bad dizzy spells to the point that they make him sick should we go back to doctors or wait for his hospital appointment in march

it is spleenomegaly, generaly consiquence of malaria, or chronic infection.malignancy mononucleosis, leukemia. sarcoidisis amyloids disease bantis syndrome. so you have to consult doctor for further investigation, clinical examination and diagnosis.
