What Causes Elevation In Blood Pressure And Pulse Rate In The Morning?

My blood pressure when measuring it is 150/110 pulse 109 this is an average when i wake up in the morning i am 50 years old wats 50 kg and 1.54 m tall half of my thyroid was removed. I am not on any medication for the thyroid but do use ZIAK 10 mg any help please

hypertension is cofirmed. it can be primary or secondery. if thyroid is removed the homonal supliment is tobe given. you can consult endocrinologist an rquered medication can be taken. you have to take medication to mantain your bp.
