What Causes Elevated Values Of RVSP As Seen In ECHO?
On ECHO my RVSP has repeatedly been elevated (27, 30, 32 mmHg). Was started on Adcirca due to clinical context and comorbid conditions. About two months after had angio, PA at 23mmHg (ON Adcirca taken that morning.) Is this actually normal on its own, or is it WNL because of the Adcirca doing its job ?

We can not tell what is the actual cause of its normality, but anyway I think you should not bother your self with this and keep on your medication.
