What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes While On Bupropion, Quetiapine And Mirtazapine?

I have an inmate on bupropion 150 XL and quetiapine 50 at noon plus 200mg at hs. She is also on lithium 300 mg - 1 in am, 2 at hs, Mirtazapine 7.5 at hs and Gabapentin 400mg qid. LFTs persistently high even after bupropion and quetiapine cut in half, liver US normal. ? Shoul she be taking off bupropion?

Hi,

Queriapine can cause elevated live enzymes. You can go for frequent followup and if the enzymes are very much elevated, consult your psychiatrist and ask for alternatives.
