What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes, Swelling In Liver And Intestine?

I have been ill since 2011 with elevated liver enzymes. At one point I had a positive ANA blood test witch doctor told me it may be Lupus. Then it was negative. I have been in and out of hospitals sick. Liver Biopsy was normal. 2012 Now a couple weeks ago I went to dr I got tested again and now I have swollen liver and my intestines also are swollen. I just got blood work for a fatty liver or cirrhosis that may be causing this. I don t know but I may be thinking it may be Lupus ?

I really appreciate your concern, not enough information you gave here first you have not mentioned about your age and gender second no clinical complaint you gave here you just said Ill since 2011 but what kind of illness it is there you have not mentioned it here, test result may not give any clue unless it is being correlate with clinical condition, to it seems to be nonspecific illness you must be having, in absence of information it become difficult to advise in proper way, your detail information will be appreciated hope this information helps.
