What Causes Elevated Levels Of Aldosterone And Renin Along With Rise In Blood Pressure?

Hello Doctor, I am severely hypertensive, I have been since the start of the year. Blood work showed Aldosterone 2740.o pmol/L and Renin 1114.o mU/L. I take Diltiazem 90mgs twice daily, Doxazosin mgs daily and Bisoprolol 10mgs daily. Blood pressure still not controlled. Can you tell me the significance of the blood tests please? Thank you
