Azithromycin might not be causing elevated heart rate. Your heart rate in rising due to fever or underlying condition for which you were prescribed azithromycin. Though it does cause weakness, tiredness and fatigue at times. Which site do you have a cyst in? Ovarian cysts are quite common in reproductive age group and most commonly resolve spontaneously in a few cycles. Only problem is when its size increases a lot and it undergoes torsion/twisting. Hope I helped you out. Thanks.
