What Causes Elevated Heart Rate, Pain And Tightness In Chest?
I am a 30 year old male. I went to the eye doctor and they checked my blood pressure the week before Thanksgiving. The checked three times and it was around 157/111. Ever since then I ve had a tightness in my chest and sometimes pain. not every day, but today is slightly more noticeable. Should I be worried?

As your blood pressure is high,go for frequent checking your blood pressure and keep record.
You require some tests for having any cardiac or hypertensive disease.
Go for EKG, Lipid profile etc.
Avoid stress.
Reduce weight if you are over weight.
Ok and take care.
