What Causes Elevated Heart Rate And Low Energy Levels When Diagnosed With Heart Murmur?

Hi I am currently sitting still and before that I was just laying in the bed and I just did a count of the beats in my heart per minute and it was 104 and when I did my pulse it was about 90... and I ve been this way all day like no energy or like I am about to faint ....I can t figure out what my problem is....I was diagnosed with a heart murmur a couple years ago but I was told that it was very small that she almost missed it if she didn t listen closely...do you think it may have gotten worse?

Hi ! Thank you for posting your questions here
.
I would say that you heart rate is around normal ranges I would suggest to measure your heart beat and blood pressure 3 times a day for a week and register the values to see if you have other episode of fast heart rate .The normal bloood pressure should be 90-140: 60-90 and the heart rate should be less than 100/min.If you feel dizzy , fainting , strong heart beat or the heart rate >100 , you should check your heart .Do an ECG or if its neccesary a Ultrasound.

Wish these help!
