Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Meloxicam and related drugs should not be used for longer duration. It can cause renal damage on prolonged use. Ibuprofen and Mobic belongs to same family of drugs called NSAIDs and both are not good for kidneys. You can take Tramadol which relatively safe and doesn’t cause much harm to kidneys.

Wishing you good health.
