What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Despite Taking Medication?
I took my blood pressure and it averaged 188/95 with a pulse of 59. I am on Diovan. I take 160 mgs, 80 in the morning and 80 in the evening. I have a little puffy feeling under my ear on the left side and under my chin. A little bit of pressure under my left arm. I have been burping and drinking a lot of water all day. The high blood pressure began last night. Should I go to the hospital? Thank you Phyllis Sacks
