General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems you have suffered from an episode of hypertensive urgency which leads to the symptoms of a headache, dizziness, and blackout.

I don't think it should be ignored and you should get an ECG done as soon as possible and also consult a physician for prescription of an antihypertensive.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman,
