What Causes Elevated PSA Levels?

Hello , when diagnosed I had an extremely high psa count, it was over 2000. I ve been in therapy for 1 year 2 months. I took taxotere when that stopped working I took zytega, my psa went down to 22 but in one month it went back up to 23, does this mean that zytega now no longer works. I have prostate cancer that metastasized to my spine and ribs. YYYY@YYYY
