General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

CRP is a nonspecific investigation and can be elevated in minor infections also. It can be a transient rise and will return to normal after few days. You can repeat the test after couple of weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
