What Causes Elevated BP Along With Chest Pain?

When I recently went to eye doctor they checked my blood pressure when I arrived it was 165/115 then after waiting about 20 minutes they checked again it was 175/111 should I be concerned no real history of high blood pressure, just sometimes right now my left arm feels funny and earlier tonight off/on chest pain on left side
