What Causes Electric Shock Sensation In Head After Withdrawing Stalopam?

I am Kalpana from India. I was taking stalopam plus for last four years. Recently i had a hystrectomy and thereafter i stopped taking stalopam. Now i am having electric kinf of sensation in my head. Is it because of stopping stalopam. What will be the method of stopping it?

yes it may be withdrawl symptoms of stalopam. sudden cesation of any anti psycotropic drug may produce such a shmptoms.
gradualy reduction of dose before stopping is advisable.
