Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I just returned I just returned from a mission trip in Haiti. Near the end of the trip my ankles would swell more as the day went on. My shoes felt tight at first, then it felt like my skin was taut too. The puffiness extended into my feet and up into my calves. I experienced heat sickness while there, in spite of keeping well hydrated. Is this something I should be seen for this weekend, or should I see how it goes at home for a while?
While traveling it's a natural phenomena to cause swelling of feets and you have to open your shoes because they don't fit well this will disappear with in few hours to day but it still continue and then we will think towards other defects
