What Causes Echoing In The Ears?

I have an echo whenever i talk or in loud places. Don't have a cold, 20 y old female, not been swimming since last tuesday. My ears have felt bunged up for the past 4 days. First time I've had this kind of issue. Still have my tounsils, adenoids etc. Only time I've had ear infection was 4 years ago. 64kg/168cm

Hello .
Since you have 4 days with this and didn't have a cold, probably the problem will be with the Cerumen ( Wax) . Sometimes the ear canal can be totally blocked by the wax and cause the Echo hearing.
